Walker had his first pediatrician appointment earlier this week when he was 6 days old. It went really well; he has gained weight since he was born which the doctor and nurses were really impressed by. He was born at 7 pounds, 12 ounces; left the hospital at 7 pounds, 7 ounces; and weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces at his appointment! The doctor said since he has proven that he can gain weight we can skip his two week appointment and he won't see him again until Walker is 2 months old.
His other stats: Length was 20 3/4 inches which just so happens to be 1/4 inch shorter than he measured at birth so I think someone's measurements must be off :) His head circumference was 14 1/4 inches which is in the 83rd percentile (much more 'normal' than Brady's head usually measures!).
Walker has been eating and sleeping so well. He really is such a precious little baby. I just can't get enough of him!
Praise the Lord for our precious healthy Walker! He is such a doll! I love this baby! ❤️❤️
