Cabo - Flora Farms

Blake and I had dinner at Flora Farms one night when we were in Cabo. A few of his coworkers had recommended it, so we made a reservation for the second night we were there. Well, as it turns out, Adam Levine (a musician/celebrity for those of you who don't know) was married there the Saturday before we went. Pretty cool! This place was beautiful - there were rows and rows of gardens, a beautiful pond, cool little shops, an old organic ice cream stand, and so many other neat things. I thought about my sister the whole time we were there - she could have gotten SO many cool pictures! I think she would have been in heaven there.  Everything on the menu is from ingredients that they've grown/raised, so the menu changes with the crops and seasons.

Here are a few pictures from that evening. I wish I had gotten more pictures of the grounds to show you how beautiful it is, but oh well. If you're ever in Cabo, make sure you visit Flora Farms!

They have a little grocery stand where you can buy fresh herbs and vegetables. They also sell their delicious homemade bread. Yum!

This was part of my meal - organic pork ravioli. I was just happy to be eating flowers. :)

I just have to include this picture because I think he looks cute :)

Not a very good picture but you can see the pond and some of the lawn. They have beautiful patio lights everywhere which give everything a romantic glow.

Pictures from Cabo

We had a great vacation in Cabo and can't wait to go back!
At the airport ready to go!

The homemade popsicles they give you upon arrival and departure.

The view when we walk out our front door.

There was a pretty bad storm one morning when we were there. It cleared up by that afternoon and we were in the pool for the rest of the day. They had to close down one of the pools but that didn't affect us much.

So cute. Love that smile :)

Paradise.

The band that played and sang during dinner at the hotel. They were so fun to watch!

The view from our balcony.

This is what we did pretty much the entire time. It was heavenly.

Pictures from Milam

While Blake and I were in Cabo, Brady and Willa stayed in Milam with Emi and Poppy. I think they all had a great time! Below are some of the pictures we got from Emi and Poppy while we were gone. We checked Blake's phone about every 7 minutes waiting for a new picture to come in... total parents. :)
With Poppy and Uncle Levi helping them move the floating dock to Uncle Levi's new place.

You can kind of see his little bottom tooth in this picture. He got another tooth while we were gone - his top left one! His mouth is filling up real quick :)

Mom and Dad said if he heard Dad play a key on the piano he would crawl over there as fast as he could so he could play too. So cute! Our little musician.

Eating his tootsies.

They took lots of walks on the old dirt road. Brady loves his morning walks!

He likes to suck his right thumb and rub Willa with his left hand. She's his security blanket. So sweet.

They went to pick blueberries one day. Clearly Brady loves blueberries!

Being very boy-like. He left a little mud around his mouth...

His daily breakfast - homemade waffles and bananas. I think he has come to expect a home cooked breakfast when he's with Emi.

Little loves.

In his fave Ritter cart!

Weekly pictures - 7-21-14

My boys matching for church last Sunday. Don't they look adorable?

Swingin' at the park. He loved it!

Eating Mexican food (Us, not him. We learned our lesson on that :)). He loves sitting around the table with everyone! He thinks he's so big.

So this happened for the first time a few days ago... He was so proud. Guess it's time to put up the baby gate!

Willa is totally used to this... No big deal :)
