Saying prayers

Brady always gets very excited about prayer time before dinner and reaches out for our hands before we even sit down to eat. If I'm already sitting and Blake is still getting his plate ready Brady will hold my hand and reach out his other hand and say 'Dad! Dad!'. He listens to us pray then we all say 'Amen' and dig in. Well, the other night he grabbed our hands and bowed his head to where his forehead was touching his plate and started mumbling a bunch of words. Every now and then we were able to make out a  'Mama' or 'Daddy' or 'Willa'. He kept talking and talking then lifted up his hands and shook them and said 'A-MEH!'
Prayer time...

I see you peeking at me!

"AMEN!"

Sweet little smile.

Videos

Just a couple videos I wanted to share...

That sigh/head tilt in the middle of the video just gets me!

We were pulling both babies and all the sudden Brady jumped out of the wagon and went to the front and started pulling Drew. It was so funny and cute!

Easter 2015

We had such a fun Easter this year. Brady got to participate in a few Easter egg hunts before Easter weekend, which was so much fun. On Easter day we went to Easter service at our church (amazing!) then had brunch with some of our friends at their house. It was a rainy and cool day but we were still able to cook outside and do an Easter egg hunt for the babies. It was a great day!

Cool dude hanging out in the back of a pickup truck!

Their faces in this picture... I can't even handle it. Little rebels!

He was so proud to be holding her hand. She would occasionally get tired of holding hands and he just kept chasing her around trying to grab her hand. It was the cutest thing.

Giving Drew her Easter basket. Sweet boy!

Happy Easter!

Brady's 1st Easter Egg Hunt

Last Saturday we took Brady to his first Easter egg hunt at the park near our house. Not only was there an egg hunt, but there was also a petting zoo and pony rides. You know our boy was in heaven with all the animals around!

He actually picked up the whole 'egg hunt' idea more quickly than I expected. He was a little slower than some of the older kids around him but he came home with a basket full of eggs! He called the eggs 'balls' and liked throwing them better than he liked putting them in his basket, but we had so much fun and are ready for the next egg hunt on Saturday!

One of his egg treasures: a bunny rabbit sticker with googly eyes!

We were so happy that Nana and Grumps were here last weekend and got to join us at the park for all the Easter festivities. Brady has so much fun with them and just loooves when they are here. He got a lot of extra love and attention last weekend, that's for sure!

That poor rabbit wouldn't have stood a chance if it weren't for that sweet lady holding him!

Best. Thing. Ever.

And one of the greatest things about having Nana and Grumps here: DATE NIGHT!!
