Bath time stories..

Every night, Blake gives Brady his bath. It's a great time for me to be able to clean up after dinner and pick up toys and other stuff from the day, and it's good for Blake and Brady to have their time together. I know it's one of Brady's favorite times of day. And every night, after his bath, Brady comes downstairs and walks around saying "Mama? Mama?" and when he finds me he says "Bath! Bubbles! Ball! Dadda!", and I say "you took a bubble bath and played ball with Daddy?", and he ruuuuuns up to me and hugs me real tight. It's the same routine every night, and it is something I look forward to every single day. It really is just the cutest thing ever.

Here he is telling me his bath time story the other night:

Birmingham

We recently went to Birmingham to visit some friends for a few days. We really enjoyed traveling with Brady although it's becoming increasingly more difficult to entertain a toddler on a plane... luckily for both flights we had young kids and nice mothers sitting in front of us who didn't mind the occasional hair pull from behind! :)
Entertaining himself on the flight :)

We went hiking at Red Mountain Park which was SO great. It was beautiful out there and felt like we were in the middle of the country. We found a cool little treehouse and had to walk across a swinging bridge to get to it. Fun!
Blake and Brady, Jordan and Audrey (9 months)

Playing with Jordan's drone. We had fun with that thing.

We also took the kids to Steel City Pops, which is a popsicle shop where they home make all their popsicles and have really cool flavors. You know Brady loved that!

And just because, a sweet picture of our sleeping boy...
